Your own pool. Your own chalet.

A private-pool stay does not need to come with every meal already chosen. At Little Bali, breakfast is included; you can order lunch and dinner from the kitchen as you like, or choose Inclusive and settle those plans in advance. Your pool and your quiet are part of either stay.

The Founding Guest rate is for eligible stay dates through 31 October 2026 or the first 40 chalet-nights, whichever comes first. One occupied chalet for one night counts as one chalet-night. December stays are excluded.

This rate is non-refundable and may be moved once under the offer terms, subject to availability. One-night stays are allowed on any day during the founding window; Friday and Saturday buyouts keep their two-night minimum.

We hold your booking for 24 hours. Pay a 50% deposit through the payment link to confirm it; the remaining balance is due seven days before arrival. If you book within seven days of arrival, pay the full amount.

For festive dates, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Your quote will identify the festive terms before payment.

MoMo and card payments are accepted through the confirmed Paystack or Hubtel link. We hand over the keys once the full balance shows as paid in our dashboard.

For an ordinary standard-rate booking, cancel at least 14 days before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Cancel less than 14 days but at least seven days before arrival and the deposit is forfeited. Inside seven days, the booking is non-refundable. A no-show is charged in full.

One date change is free when requested at least seven days before arrival, subject to availability. Founding Guest bookings are non-refundable and date-changeable once under the offer terms. Festive bookings carry a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Paid activities have their own cancellation and weather terms, shared before payment.

Check-in is from 14:00 and checkout is 11:00. Complimentary late checkout to 13:00 is a direct-booking perk when available, confirmed the evening before departure.

During the founding window, ordinary chalet stays can be one night on any day. Afterwards, stays including Saturday require two consecutive nights; unfilled Saturdays may be released for one night within seven days of arrival. Stays from 20 December to 2 January require three nights. Friday and Saturday buyouts require two nights.

There is no separate damage deposit for an ordinary chalet stay. We absorb ordinary wear and minor accidental breakages. Material damage is discussed with you using photographs and an itemised repair or replacement cost; we do not assume that paying by card authorises a later automatic charge.

Full-hill buyouts carry a GH₵3,000 refundable damage deposit per booking. After inspection, we initiate its return within 48 hours of checkout and explain any proposed deduction promptly.

The base buyout reserves the five guest chalets for up to ten adults, with dedicated chef and housekeeping service and welcome drinks. Add the Founder’s Chalet on selected released dates. No unrelated guests stay in the sixth chalet during your buyout, whether you add it or not.

Breakfast comes to your chalet deck, with no buffet and no delivery charge. Agree the morning’s delivery time with the concierge, then leave the pool and view to do the rest.

Floating breakfast is a separately booked presentation upgrade, on request; ordinary deck breakfast is already included.

Please pre-order dinner on WhatsApp by 15:00. We share the menu and prices when you book, so you can plan before reaching the hill. Outside delivery does not reach Little Bali; our kitchen is your kitchen.

Send dietary preferences and allergy notes at least 48 hours before arrival. If you book later, tell us straight away. We will discuss what the kitchen can prepare; please do not assume any dish is free from an allergen or cross-contact.

There is no corkage at Little Bali. Little Bali Inclusive includes soft drinks, water, coffee, tea and one welcome cocktail each; alcohol beyond that is charged separately. Ask for the current drinks list before your stay.

The fire kitchen and cocktail bar are taking shape. For launch, your meals come from Little Bali’s private-chef kitchen. We will share more when Ember & Glass is ready.

Dining and on-hill activities are for staying guests at launch. Day visits are not yet available. If you would like to come, check overnight availability or ask the concierge about a stay.

Books and games in your chalet remain a good place to start. A paid movie setup or a kitchen or craft session may be possible if the equipment, host and a safe sheltered space are confirmed. We will agree any change with you; rain does not turn an unconfirmed activity into an inclusion.

Activities are for staying guests at launch. Paid sessions are capped, confirmed and prepaid on WhatsApp. We will tell you if a class is shared; you will not be paired with other guests without agreeing. Please do not photograph or record other guests without permission. Day visits are not yet available.

The Accra Mall reference is approximately 35–50 minutes in suitable conditions. Leave extra time around busy departures and after rain; the concierge will share current guidance for your travel day.

The final approach to Little Bali is off-road. We will send a current route note and gate guidance before your stay, including any advice about your vehicle. If rain has changed the approach, ask us before setting out. We will not describe the road as easy without checking the conditions.

Before your journey, we will send the verified route from Accra Mall, our map pin and the gate instructions. Use that arrival message for the final approach. Check-in begins at 14:00; let the concierge know your expected arrival time.

When you reach the gate, follow the instructions in your arrival message and contact the guest line if you need help.

Tell us your pickup area, travel date, number of adults and luggage. We will check a suitable car and confirm the full price before you pay. Transfers are separate from Little Bali Stay and Little Bali Inclusive.

Pack for the pool, the paths and a change in weather. Before travelling, ask us about anything your stay depends on rather than assuming it is in the chalet.

Choose gentle days on your deck, food agreed with the kitchen and as little activity as you want. Tell us about access or dietary needs before booking. This is a quiet stay, with no medical or pregnancy-specific treatment promise.

Bring the pages you want to finish, or leave the notebook closed for a while. Your chalet and pool are yours even when you come alone. If work depends on a connection or power supply, ask us to confirm the current setup before booking.

A pool to yourself, a meal on the deck and, if you wish, photographs to keep. Solo portraits, friendship photographs and couple sessions are on request, subject to a confirmed photographer and price.

Share breakfast, a game or time beside your private pool. Each chalet has one king bed for up to two adults; book separate chalets if you prefer separate beds. Friends are welcome, with the same quiet expectations as every stay.

Take the Hill reserves five guest chalets for a wedding party of up to ten adults, from GH₵22,000 per night, Sun–Thu. Dedicated chef and housekeeping service and welcome drinks are included. This is accommodation for your party; a wedding ceremony, reception or outside event guests are not part of the offer.

The Founder’s Chalet is a paid option on released dates. Buyout quiet hours begin at 23:00.

Bring up to ten adults together across the five guest chalets for a quiet leadership retreat. Take the Hill starts at GH₵22,000 per night, Sun–Thu, with dedicated chef and housekeeping service and welcome drinks. Ask about your seating, connection and equipment needs before booking; a meeting room or conference kit is not promised.

The Founder’s Chalet is a paid option on released dates. Buyout quiet hours begin at 23:00.

Five guest chalets for your group, with no unrelated guests on the hill. From GH₵22,000 per night, Sun–Thu; Friday GH₵25,000 and Saturday GH₵28,000. Add the Founder’s Chalet for GH₵4,750, GH₵5,400 or GH₵6,000 per night respectively, when released.

Prices include applicable taxes and the 5% service charge. Friday/Saturday buyouts require two nights. A separate GH₵3,000 refundable damage deposit applies. We will disclose before payment if the founder remains in residence during a five-chalet buyout.

Quiet hours begin at 23:00 for buyouts. Little Bali remains a quiet retreat, not a party venue.

Commercial and brand shoots are scheduled only on non-guest days, by agreement. Send the proposed date, crew size, areas needed and intended use; we will confirm access and the full quote. Personal birthday photographs during a resident stay are a separate request and must respect other guests’ privacy.

Your pool belongs to your chalet and is not shared. That is different from a promise of complete visual seclusion: look at the wide chalet-and-pool photographs, and ask us about the sightlines for your chalet before booking. Five guest chalets form the regular inventory; the Founder’s Chalet opens only on released dates.

Little Bali is opening in September 2026. The launch stay centres on the guest chalets, private pools and private-chef kitchen; we will confirm the current operating position before your booking. Real photographs carry accurate location/date captions. Any render is labelled “Artist’s impression”. There are no public guest reviews yet. The future view restaurant is not part of the launch offer.

Allow approximately 35–50 minutes from Accra Mall in suitable conditions, with extra time for traffic and weather. The final approach is off-road. We will send current road and gate guidance before arrival, including any vehicle advice. Transfers can be arranged on request at a separately confirmed price.

Little Bali Stay includes a chalet, private pool and breakfast on your deck, with tax and the 5% service charge included in the displayed rate. Inclusive is optional and adds the listed meals, drinks and one confirmed eligible on-hill experience per stay.

Safari Valley’s Woodland Cabin also offers a private pool, with breakfast, lunch and dinner listed in its package. At Little Bali, you can choose the private-pool stay with breakfast and order other meals, or choose Inclusive. Compare the full inclusions and rate for your dates rather than a room-price headline alone.

Little Bali is adults only because quiet is the point of the stay. Each chalet accommodates a maximum of two adults in one king bed, with no extra beds. Solo guests and adult friends are welcome alongside couples. Friends wanting separate beds should book separate chalets. Pets are not permitted.

Outside delivery does not reach the hill—our kitchen is your kitchen. Breakfast comes to your deck and is included. We share the menu and prices at booking. Dinner is by reservation and must be pre-ordered on WhatsApp by 15:00.

There is not much to do here on purpose. Your private pool, food from the kitchen, the view, books and games can fill a quiet stay. Aburi Botanical Gardens is nearby if you want an outing. Confirmed classes and activities are optional; movie under the stars is a paid private setup, not an included projector in every chalet.

Day visits are not available at launch.

Little Bali is off-grid. Ask us to confirm the current electricity backup, generator arrangements, water supply and drinking-water guidance before booking. We are not making a promise of uninterrupted power or water. Tell us if your stay depends on a powered device so we can give you a clear answer before you commit.

Ask us for the current WiFi availability and coverage, and the mobile-network information for your chalet, before relying on a work call. We have not published a tested speed or guaranteed signal. WiFi calling is an option only if the connection is working and your phone and network support it; it is not a promise of coverage on the hill.

Little Bali is for quiet stays. Please keep music, voices and calls considerate of other chalets; the hill is not offered as a party venue. We will share the ordinary-stay quiet-hours time before booking. Buyout quiet hours begin at 23:00.

A buyout reserves the five guest chalets, with no unrelated guests in the Founder’s Chalet; adding it is a paid option on released dates. We disclose founder residence before payment if applicable. Quiet does not mean a guarantee of silence from weather, wildlife or necessary property operations.

Check-in starts at 14:00; checkout is 11:00. Direct-booking late checkout to 13:00 is subject to availability and confirmation the evening before departure. During the founding window, one-night chalet stays are allowed on any day. Afterwards, Saturday-inclusive stays require two consecutive nights, with unfilled Saturdays potentially released for one night within seven days of arrival.

Mornings on the hill can bring mist and soft light. Rain may change outdoor plans; books and games in your chalet are an easy fallback, while a sheltered paid session depends on confirmed space, staff and equipment. We agree changes to booked activities with you. Accra’s lights are visible on clear nights, and December harmattan haze can soften the view.
